1.Support key operational aspects of the HR functions. Provide support to staff/managers on HR core processes such as Employee Data Change, Position Management & Time Off, etc. Maintain and ensure data quality in global/local HR systems and handle relevant downstream processes, etc. Continuously work with stakeholders to streamline and simplify the processes
2.Manage International Assignee immigration and relocation service vendors and relevant processes to ensure regulatory compliance and service quality
3.Manage personnel document physically and electronically. Support employee file retrieval request for various internal and external regulatory audits.
4.Support License & Qualification record maintenance in HR system
5.Handle day to day incoming HR Contract Centre Service inquiries from staff/managers, covering full HR aspects. Partner with HR advisors and HR specialist such as Performance & Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning &Development, Benefits, and Payroll, etc. to ensure the high quality and efficiency of the service.
6.Support/execute ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned (e.g. support the local HRIS system upgrade project, support local implementations on global initiations)
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above
2.Skills: Global HR system (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft), MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
-With relevant experience in HR for 3 to 5 years
-Solid HR general knowledge and local labour regulations.
-Good command of English, including reading, writing and speaking
